Boulevard Heights is one of those neighborhoods that lets you live in the city without feeling consumed by it. The streets are primarily residential, the pace is a little quieter, and there is a genuine neighborhood feel—but Grant Park, Ormewood Park and East Atlanta Village are all right around it. With the Southeast and Southside Trails now complete through this section, the neighborhood connects into nearly 17 continuous miles of paved trail stretching through Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown, the Eastside Trail and Piedmont Park in one direction, and toward Chosewood Park, Pittsburgh Yards, Lee + White and Atlanta’s Westside in the other. Boulevard Crossing Park adds soccer fields, open lawns and space to picnic or gather, making the Beltline feel less like an occasional destination and more like part of everyday life—somewhere to walk the dog, ride a bike, meet friends or simply get outside.

Living here also puts a lot of Atlanta’s best everyday experiences within easy reach. Sunday mornings can mean the year-round Grant Park Farmers Market at The Beacon, afternoons can be spent at Grant Park or Zoo Atlanta, and dinner can take you to East Atlanta Village, Glenwood Park or the restaurants and neighborhood hangouts along Georgia Avenue in Summerhill. Boulevard Heights does not try to be the busiest neighborhood in Atlanta—and that is part of its appeal. It gives you a comfortable place to land while placing the energy, food, culture and outdoor life of the city just beyond your front door.
